1.Q:Are you a factory or trading company? 

A: We have our own factory, we are professional manufacturer of LED products for 14 years.

2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 

A:Our factory is located in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, about 1 hours train from Shanghai. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us! 

3.Q:How can I get some samples? 

A: We are honored to offer you samples. Our MOQ is 1pcs. 

4.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control? 

A:100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24-48 hours to test its quality reliability ,and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours' lighting.

Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well . Each lamp shouldpass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.

5: What is your color temperature? 

A: Depend on your requirements. Warm white, natural white and cool white are all available,as follow: 

Warm white = 2500K-3500K

Natural white = 3500K-4500K

Cool white = 6000K-6500K
